Lindsay Bast, B.Sc., N.D. Naturopathic
Doctor
Lindsay was raised on the family dairy and beef
farm in Wellesley and for six years he and his brother
grew organic garlic to help fund their schooling.
After graduating from the University of Waterloo
in 2001 with Honours in Kinesiology, Lindsay went
on to complete his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine
in June 2005 from the Canadian College of Naturopathic
Medicine. Most of his spare time is spent with his wife and 2 sons.

Laura Baer, RMT Registered Massage Therapist
Laura is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage Therapy and believes the body has an incredible way of healing itself. With dedication and a good listener it can deepen ones experience of life through healthy and vibrant living. Laura is dedicated to facilitating and listening to the body in order to support it in making the changes it needs to attain the quality of life desired.
Laura uses a holistic and integrative approach to her treatments, by treating with all systems of the body in mind; musculoskeletal, myofascial, lymphatic, visceral and craniosacral. Since very young Laura has been seeing a cranio-sacral therapist and has always dreamed of sharing the health and rejuvenation she receives from this treatment. She will be using cranio-sacral therapy as a part of her treatment if requested

John
Pronk, B.Sc., N.D. Naturopathic Doctor
John Pronk is a graduate of the University of Waterloo,
(BSc. Pre-medical Biological Sciences, 1995). He
went on to complete the 4 year program at the Canadian
College of Naturopathic Medicine and received his
Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in 1999. John
comes to Greenwood with a farming background; for
over 15 years he and his family have managed an
organic dairy farm in Harriston, Ontario. He has
also worked as an organic farm inspector for various
organic certification agencies over the past 8 years.

Sheldon
Gilchrist, B.Sc., DC Chiropractic Doctor
Sheldon
grew up in Waterloo and went on to graduate from
the University of Waterloo with a BSc. in 1997.
Sheldon then attended National College of Chiropractic
and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2001
and also became a certified Active Release provider.
He returned to the area and established the Laurelwood
Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in Waterloo. He
enjoys a variety of sports including golf, hiking,
biking and hockey.

Mary
Lou Shantz,
Clinic Assistant
Mary Lou has been working with the company since
it opened 12 years ago. She is responsible for most
of the daily operations including appointments,
invoicing, ordering products and much more. She
grew up on a small hobby farm and has lived on a
farm since. She enjoys the country life with her
four very active kids, ages 14-20 and is proud to
have raised them using natural medicine. She enjoys
reading, gardening, listening to music and attending
her children's various sporting events.
